It is illegal to provide any support to any listed terrorist organization, which includes hosting terrorist propaganda.
Hamas, Hezballah, and Al-Manar TV are currently all listed as terrorist organizations, and thus YouTube is violating laws by knowingly allowing material supporting them to remain on the site.
