Bah, I have great memories of BC. I prefer questing to queuing but I'll move on to the next zone as soon as I get a high enough level even if I haven't done all the quests for previous zone yet, but when I hit Outlands I slow down and do every quest until I've cleared everything, even Isle of Quel'Danas. Though that's probably just me.
i never went to outland because i thought the quests were dire and very dull and just a pain to go through so i literally skipped outland and lvled in dungeons until 68 then just started on northrend. dont bother with outland and the quests rewards arnt even good!
T.B. I have found a way to go through the stuff in the TBC content, it is somewhat time consuming, but I suggest going through Outland searching out Archaeology digs and getting the experience from that. It's actually a good way to level up without taking on the TBC quest content, as I agree it is annoying as Hell
BC content is Bad? That doesn't sound right. I played durring the height of Burning Crusade, and I thought it was great. It sounds to me like the current players are pricks in a whole different way. People need to appreciate the beautiful landscapes, the intriguing characters, the quests that have you meet beautiful endangered species and then slaughter them.
Personally i prefer TBC questing zones to WoTLK zones. I'd rather level up 20 levels only in questing zones in Outland than in freaking Northrend. Really hate it. (btw i leveled like 10 characters in OL and only like four in NT)
@CarbonVl TBC = The Burning Crusade. Outland sucks, therefore crank it out as quickly as possible. Get it over with to get to the good stuff later. Is that what you were looking for?
Levelling 58-68: Do Hellfire quests for the obvious gear upgrades, then rage through AV 9where you will get a ton of xp and some excellent PvP experience) until you ding 68 and start into Northrend.
@policemanaaron That's actually some very good advice. Yes, recently I've found that the BGs actually give a great deal of XP now, and if your queue times are reasonable, you'll actually be doing better XP/hour than you would out questing. Especially in TBC content.

Hey, WoW is a great game, and you'll love it once you play. Unfortunately though you will have to buy WoW original, Burning Crisade, Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm if you want to experience everything fully. If you live in England you can buy the first 3 together for about £20 And then Cataclysm for about £17.
If you are on eu, roll horde on Tarren Mill and add Unfirth, I'll help you start out :D

It just is pathetically unintelligent not to assist a tank with though. You could wait over an hour to get into an instance, and then have a tank that is new to the content. It's far more faster to help them out then to let them try to figure it out on their own. The tank has the instant queue, healers a faster queue, the DPS does not.
during wrath i sometimes got kinda bored so i went and dragged some random lowbies through some instances (without charging them a fortune) and explained the game to them while i was at it... i can see that pretty much 90% of wow's population are complete douchebags and that they won't tell you squat and tend to blame you for their own incompetence... i just want to tell you that there ARE exceptions and to these 90% of wow-players i just want to say: fuck you and see you in pvp! TB, for the 1st mailbox problem I suggest the person getting Deadly Boss Mods. I used for my first icc 10 and it told me the same things that my guildie told me about Marrowgar. It may not be perfect, but it helps in the long run. Hope this helped, keep on keepin on
@TheRamstorm Unless I'm mistaken, Deadly Boss Mods doesn't cover BC. I was fortunate enough that as I leveled my paladin tank through random BC dungeons, the people I ran with were willing to work with my obvious mistakes that caused wipes and misunderstandings of the mobs. Most of the time at least.
However, once they press past BC content, they'll be able to reap the benefits from DBM.
If I need a new player in a dungeon, I help him. I wanna clear it fast as well, but it won't be fast when wiping. So the easiest thing is really just tell the new guy what will happen, what to do etc. and get the dungeon cleared.

I personally thought BC was way better then WOTLK. Then again I didn't quest with both of them I mostly leveled in dungeons. I must say I never thought I would like questing but Cata did an amazing job with quest and making dungeons the way they should be.
I think outlands is much better for leveling then northrend speed wise and fun wise but i did also hate everything about wrath so my view might be some what tainted
@omega20001000 uhh, are you retarded? the XP requirements from 1-10 are WAYY smaller than 70-80, at 1-10 the xp only requires about 20000 at the most (i actually dont know the requirement specifically but its around there) and from 70-80 the requirements are like 1 million+

Wow you know it's funny almost every single issue I have been noticing lately has been mentioned in one of your e-mails TB. I also agree with what you said about TBC content. I got out of BC areas as soon as I hit 68. Fortunately I had leveled most of the way through that dreaded 8 to 10 level bracket in dungeons. Granted most of those were randoms and most of them were pugs with some of the most idiotic people I have seen but I digress.

2) First do some quest for better gear in hellfire peninsula
3) And when dungeons are getting to hard just quest till you can handle the dungeon and sign up as DPS.

hey TB, love the Azeroth Daily vids. I've noticed that you added some links in the bottom of this vid, which can come in handy, but when I'm watching in fullscreen and I try to click them, the bar from YouTube goes over them. So maybe a little feedback or whatever: maybe you could place them at the top of your vids?

i personally do marks by the class colours, hunter = green triangle, lock = purple diamond (you get the point) moon i save for classes that have more than one CC like a shammies (square + moon) for hex and bind XD

TB, I would suggest to perhaps put the annotations on top, or either the left or right side of the screen. Since at the bottom I've got the youtube playing bar which grows big everytime I mouse over it.

Aye TBC content is excruciating to do anymore and I'm sad to say I probably would have been one of those jerks he was talking about. I'm leveling a healer and I would literally zone out and not pay attention while running those godforsaken dungeons so who knows what my party mates were typing...So...yea...Blizz please update this content or something...

Personally, I can really appreciate that TB goes out of his way and opens up his pocket to help people out not only with WoW content and updates but in the instance of Blizz not being able to ship a key generator and him buying and shipping one, as well as the one mentioned in this episode. TB may be cynical but he's a bit of a sweetheart too :P

a million people have probably already mentioned this, TB, but you can't get the winter hat drop off the Northrend dungeon bosses if you're level 81 or greater. the hat drops from bosses who are 'level appropriate'

to answer the problem with outland levling here is a nice fast guide to geting through tbc content
when you get to lvl 54 get some one to run you through strath to lvl 56.
when you get to lvl 56 you have some one run you through ramparts to lvl 58-60
then just do hellfire q until 62-63 then go to zanga until 64 then head to nagrand
and do the nessingway quest chains should get you to lvl 66.
from there its shadowmoon valley until 68

wot a douche, today i was tanking lost city and i asked hunter to tranq the inrage on croc boss as healer was lacking abit! his replay was "tranq is fro non hardmodes and dnt talk to me" then he carryed on rest of instance ninja pulling without using MD....needless to say i sat at first boss till timer was up and was able to kick him (and let him die 5-8 times for ninja pulling) can blizz plz add a spell the clenses retards from wow plzzzzzz

Wow you know it's funny almost every single issue I have been noticing lately has been mentioned in one of your e-mails TB. I also agree with what you said about TBC content. I got out of BC areas as soon as I hit 68. Fortunately I had leveled most of the way through that dreaded 8 to 10 level bracket in dungeons. Granted most of those were randoms and most of them were pugs with some of the most idiotic people I have seen but I digress.
