This is not even close to being Vic. The "feel" is all of. Vic is concerned about one thing only... groove. Their is none present in this vid, sorry. Also notice the fingers from 1:16-1:19, Vic would never tense up like that.
i think personally that you don't know what your talking about and the fact that you feel and say there's no groove in this clip shows you have no musical talent in your body this clip have groove and much more it might be Vic but it has GROOVE and FEEL!!!
A lot of people on attempt Wooten (myself included), but this guy sounds just like him. Great technique, but the groove is amazing. I just started trying to play vic, so maybe some day....
You are a fantastic player and this video is quite beautiful. Looks like the bass is floating in the air !

I am always suspicious of the speed people play at on Youtube. It is so easy to speed up videos using Windows Movie Maker.
