@badmanrastafari that may happen if you did the last iOS5 upload,, go to settings, ICloud and then switch on contacts.. The plus button will reappear.

@aboha6 Yes, i got it. all you do is to scroll down. you will see it . It is just a matter of playing around your Iphone you learn more of it.
