Yeah, it definitely is. I usually leave it because I don't care too much and it's not too big of a deal.

But when I do want it to look nice, I always add a flower on top of the pins (for this look, one that's more 1960's inspired). A bow would work, too but it depends on how decorative the headband is and if it will be "too much".
