wow! The earliest Zonophone I've ever heard. Had it not been for the announcement I would have suspected a Frank Seaman-pirated Berliner master. Your Victor E looks and plays beautifully.
@MrXnews2 Yes, the title is indeed "She's An All Right Girl" which I also indicate in the intro caption (page 2) before the video. Thanks for your comments.
Maybe this is one of those earliest Zonophones which were pirated from Berliner stuffs. Thanks for posting this rarity. The sound quality is vivid for 1899, too.
@transformingArt I don't believe this is a pirated Berliner as there are no tell tale signs on the label of any intentional obliteration of the Berliner logo or other credits. The label is perfectly smooth and flat and the announcement clearly identifies "Zonophone Record". I'm pretty confident this is a very early original release from Zonophone. Thanks, as always, for your interesting comments.

Is this recorded on one side? I saw one of those once - very strange. Didn't get to hear it. I love the announcements at the beginning!

@ferociousgumby Yes, this is a very early single-sided 7 inch record. I enjoy the early announcements as well. Thanks for your comments.
