@steph2b1g suck it up and just do it, fallow trhough, choose a soft place to practice first like a trampoline or doubled up gym mat, once you do it for awhile on there try doing it without, you'll get it, it's not that different from a front flip really, maybe master front flips first.

There was no parkour in that video, lots of free-running but no parkour. Parkour is about adaption, flow, and efficiency. Thats was just tricking. I know people will say"YOU DONT HAVE TO WATCH IT! ITS NOT HURTING YOU!" That is true,however its hurting parkour. When you train in parkour, it takes years and years to master, it changes your mind on everyting. UFF will be responsible for the death of parkour, showing giant jumps and flips and not the months of training required to do so.
