Both. Devil and Angel are stored within Kazuya's body, that's why Devil Jin has black wings but it's made up of feathers(like a mixture of devil+angel) but idk the devil half of kazuya died with him while the other half went to Jin before T3. idk tekken story is weird lol

No. The Kazama blood has nothing to do with this. Remember in T2, Devil tried to escape from Kazuya's body so that would be saved, but, he failed in doing that. Half of his body(Devil) was left in Kazuya, so the other half went to Jin when he was alittle older(as seen in T3 opening. And he has feather like wings because Kazuya has Angel inside him too :D but it has nothing to do with the Kazama blood

Half angel half devil because half of Devil died when Kazuya was thrown into the volcano. So that dead half became a soul and possessed Jin, but Jun stopped it, but when Ogre killed Jun, it successfully possessed Jin.
