A Drive Through Wurzburg

I was born and raised in Wuerzburg and. came to the US by marriage through a GI. we had a lot of crazy times driving around, also up at Leighton, thanks for the memories :) too bad they closed doewn now, everything is empty now, I just went home for a visit this past June

my pops was stationed there right after the war. my mom was a war bride. i was born at the military hosp. the stories he used to tell us.

I was there in Dec 1985 103rd MI and in 1987 4th Avn Bde HQ at gieb then went to 89th ord bde in pirmasens. then once i was finished with uncle sam i stayed in germany till 1999. i love it. Wurzburg is my city.
