@RJbanshee21 Well, you can't compare classic and refurbished classic, but it definately held up in the nostalgia factor, when I was freaking out when I recognized enemies, although they threw in many new ones. Like when the Hell Riders showed up, I didn't know who they were until one threw a giant green fire ball at me, and I flipped out. I also had a good time with all the easter eggs, like a stone tablet that looked like the Doom 1 cover. and the final boss took me back to many deaths in Ep. 2
@SuperSpartanS17 Yeah, the first encounter with the mancubus comes to mind as well. That was done really well. Also, at the start of that same level with the hell knights, the part with the bloody walls and the chainsaw zombies, that scared the shit out of me!
What I didn't like about Doom 3 was how similar all the levels looked and felt. Aside from the Hell levels (which were great too), most of the game was just shooting imps in small corridors with the shotgun.

Just beat Doom 3 the other day for the first time. Already ready for Doom 4.
