@ havenrocks- yes. Those cars have a factory subframe. No good for going that big. It needs a solid frame swapped out for strength. It also looks like they installed some 1 ton Rockwell axles.
I LOVE AMERICA theres no other place you can have fun while recycling old military and civilian iron way too goo guys , when in doubt hold her on the pan man !!!!!!!
hey i have a 1971 cutlass supreme i am trying to make a 4x4. i also bought a 1979 k5 blazer chasis for my cutlass and i was wondering is this the best way of jacking it up and if so ,how do u hide the chasis underneeeth the bottom so it looks as if it came from the factory and not just a piece of car someone sat down on top of a truck chasis.....Please send me a reply to kong @miblox.com
@MrMiblox the camaro has a custom one off frame that follows the body form. The monte carlo is on a cut down 79 long box chevy frame and the very early videos of the camaro when it was running one tons that was using a blazer frame. Most the time it about getting the wheel wells lined up as best u can then weld some plate steal between the body and frame. caravans are usually a good source for a steering shaft that has a universal on it to help with lift angles.
I understand that. I have a 93. One would assume a GEN I seeing how you would not have to deal with a computer or any electronics. Also, it has been stated that it is running a 750 dp carb. While possible to run a carn on the LT1, it's not as practical as a Gen I.
Well that is pretty obvious...I thought at this point that everybody was talking about factory stock cars. Honestly...I think this particular car-truck-thing is probably a big block. Sure SBC's can put out power but a big block is definatly better suited for this situation.

Just doing what most others are too afraid to do and pointing it out dude. No harm by it. And just for the record, No.. I'm not a school teacher, And there's no way in hell i'd be able to last 5 years in a collage. I barely made it out of High school, lol. And I'd shoot myself if I had to resort to working at McDonalds!
After all day in The Mud it gets in on Place you didnt see it will be Just as good if not better Next Run all of them for that Matter Thanks for the comment
This is why F-Body Camaros got the reputation of being owned by redneck hill billys. This is just, really?

What motors are those Camaros running. I'm assuming a Gen1 SBC, not the LT1. Correct me If I'm wrong.
