He's been studying & living in the US for 3 years now and has unfortunately had to hear some of these stereotypes from the mouths of certain racist people(that too in his presence). The main reason is lack of interaction... We must take steps to increase interaction between various parts of india.

Its really a shame to see racism between Indians in India itself. I mean how can you hate your own people. Just because northeastern is a little separate from the rest of India and are fellow natives look different that doesn't mean that they are not INDIANS. WE ALL ARE INDIANS AFTER ALL and Every should be treated equally.
