This was nerfed big time for anyone that's still watching this... It has a 1 second cooldown. Although, with fan of knives buffed down to a 10 second cooldown instead of 30, rogues will be doing significant aoe dmg at level 80. Killing spree and blade flury is already decent aoe dmg but its still only 2 targets at any given time. Fan of knives will be amazing for our dps, by hitting every mob in an 8 yard range with 100% both weapon dmg.

It's not really that reliable, the only situation you can aoe like this is when all the enemies are attacking you at the same time. You won't have that in pve and it ain't that good for pvp either. It's pretty much only really suitable for soloing and showing off.

Rogues have always had an AOE, Blade Flurry in the combat tree, fifth tier "increases your attack speed by 20%, in addition, attacks hit multiple nearby enemies"

Using Unfair Advantage, when he dodges, he strikes back for 100% of his main hand weapon, and with Flurry up, he hits multiple targets with unfair advantage

Vitality is a completely different talent, and is unrelated to this one, scroll down a tier and you'll find one titled Unfair Advantage.

They are putting a new rogue talent in it's place... called cloak of usefulness, gives you a 30% higher chance of getting picked for a raid as a rogue, brings your total chance of getting picked to ummmm 31% I believe, that is unless there is a druid in your guild, then you only get a 1% chance. also another talent called the IWIN button, basically makes you stealth if you take .0001% damage, because rogues couldnlt possibly even go toe to toe with even an epileptic holy priest in greens!!!!!!!!

That's the best thing I've ever seen to happen to rogues! Seriously though... it's a bug as the effect should only occur once per second at most. I sure wish the counter attack wouldn't be on just any random target you happen to dodge at the moment, once they fix that tiny issue. A darn good reason to get Endurance talent for less evasion cd none the less! Actually, why not leave it like that, it's all good for its name-sake!? After all, who wouldn't love 10k dps bursts <3
