I wouldn't recommend Fan Bay Deep Shelter to anyone, it's getting highly unstable, there's a better one in condition at St Margaret's Bay it's very similar. If anyone is seriously keen, try Q-Level which is underneath Dumpy.. now they don't show that on the Dover Castle tour or anywhere else for that matter!!
ha ha !! success i found it today ! didn,t go down had my bike with didnt want to leave it unatended incase some little *****r nicked it . if you see motocross tyre tracks nr it that was me lol ...the green peace save the whale tree huggers get rather upset if you ride a bike over there ...oi you !! this is EH property . blah blah blah ! eat my smoke tree people .
dont reveal the entrance! preserve history we dont want it to be locked up like shorts!
btw great video ;D is this the entrance that comes up onto the first stair set?

Been there myself, did you see the big spiders at the top. Very interesting shelter tho, goes down deep.

It's on the site of Fan Bay 6" Gun Battery just east of Dover, up on the cliffs.
