however, if i was faced with such phenomena, would i have the presence of mind to mount the tripod and do a white balance? I think not.

I think the girls you are talking about is the Enfield Poltergeist case, which was exceptionally publicised. There was a lot of comments about that case at the time by both believers and skeptics alike. I believe that two police officers responded to a call at the house and also witnessed something they can't explain. Not that Police officers can't lie, but they didn't seem to have anything to gain by doing so. I agree with Sharkey1997, if this is a hoax (a big if there), it is very impressive.

there was a real case here in united kingdom where 2 girls where being thrown out of there beds and over stuff being moved it was real the house i still believe is standing so i would not laugh and joke if i was you some of this stuff is real the girls that was in the house was also possesed by the poltegeist.

crap. Guy in closet moving hanger with pushrod through the doorjam. Camera pans off for assistant to move to new location. Notice the hanger is hanging but then is on the floor. Hanger fell off the hinge when assistant came out of the closet.

No way. You could never make the hanger move that way by simply pushing it. It clearly pivots on the hook and lifts from both sides and also moves in both a horizontal plane and a vertical plane. If this was faked, it is bloody good and way more sophisticated than an assistant in the closet.

I think this is genuine, look at how something happens then he pans the camera.
Fake vid's look at a location first, then something happens (suggesting it is set to go once they have their shot framed. That does not happen here!!!)Cheers!

I can almost feel a hostilty in the atmosphere of the film.
I have had MANY weird & totally unexplainable experiences.
It started when I was bout 6.
But has slowed down somewhat as I've got older.

also, if you noticed the hanger is hanging on a handle, not a hook..not a drawer pull. the hook of the hanger is actually HOOKED ON to the handle, how could you pull it off with strings? it would get stuck on the handle!
