  • If that whole incident happened with her getting out of the car, to talk with the Police Officer. Then she definitely enjoys the benefits of being white. I have been in quite a few cars with individuals who have been pulled over. And of the 3 drivers that I have known who were actually foolish enough to exit their car to try to speak with the Police Officer, ALL of them were informed to Get Back Into Their Car, and wait for the Officer to return, while the Officer had his hand near his gun.

  • Asians look better with brunette hair

  • Dumb fake blonde

  • God her hair looks so terrible.

  • @OnionCreamChz It looks like a doll's frizzy nylon hair after the kids have braided it, unbraided it, brushed the living daylights out of it and draged the doll round the yard by it, fought over whose doll it is and had a tug-o-war with it and then left it outside all night, wrestled it out of the dogs mouth the next day, mercilessly brushed the knots out and stuck the loose bits back on with crazy glue.

  • @Inamatus Lol funny, that's what her morals look like too.

  • hybrid and she is some kinda fine

  • id get up and tap that and get in trouble :)

  • Oh, the old "do you know who my father is??" trick

  • If she keeps bleaching her hair.. there will be nothing left.. Two words.. "Hair extentsions" giggles

  • I love the uploader's username LMAO!

  • Hey didn't he appear again that police officer on Judge Judy?

  • @Famardy Yes, we was on another one. Poor guy! Is there ANY part of the defendant that ISN'T made of plastic?!

  • Tila tequila

  • Excellent work Brother Robinson.

  • But she's fucking hot :P

  • Well no shit, she's half Asian.

  • Probably the best case ever in the history of the show. I LOVE THIS.

  • @BettinaBalser If you like this one, you should see the other case from a few years before this one where another motorist did the same thing to this cop and he brought a suit to clear his name. In that one it's an old lady who kept insisting the cop was rude and intimidating, but when they surprised her with a tape she was shocked. It's at /watch?v=jPJtD8YaHHE

  • The chick doesn't know the meaning of the word 'no'

  • Ugly blonde airhead mutt!

  • Is she a natural blonde? Somebody? Hello?

  • @gabbis probz lol her mums asian and her dads a brunette

  • @Superbonnuit LOL!

  • @gabbis That's bleach... it's pretty obvious. That shade of blonde rarely occurs naturally.

  • Just goes to show that in LA tickets are always being contested for stupid reasons, and most often by people who are married or related to cops or retired cops. Somehow they think it gives them some kind of entitlement to something. This is the second time this cop was on Judge Judy suing a person who filed a frivolous complain AND who was related to a cop. People, just pay your tickets, and leave the cop alone unless he screams at you and punches your face. Better yet, don't speed!

  • Did anyone else catch what defendant's dad doing with his hands in the split second at 5:27-5:28, a little more than smoothing out his jacket; downright creepy.

  • She reminds me of Tila Tequila.

  • @BakaMaree lol oh yeah she does look like her! ah, the old myspace days....such nostalgia.

  • oic it was the defendant's husband not father who was a retired police officer in that other case...

watch?v=jPJtD8YaHHE hahhaahah judge judy is FAKE as hell.

  • @ileavecommentshere

    You're an idiot.

  • @treysparker im an idiot because this case is fake? dumb fuck

  • wtf this is the same police officer in an older case like years ago with the same idea. the other defendant's father was also an ex police officer...wtf

  • white aisans look wierd as fuck o.o,SHUTUP

  • @britneyslut you mean eurasians

  • Defendant is bad news.......Loved it when she started whining about now knowing that the officer had a recording of the entire incident!! HA HA. She is a real bitch and her "feelings" as JJ would say, belong on Doctor Phil!! LOL Grow up you big bleached blond idiot and grow a brain.....Oh, and slow down!!

  • I want all the cases by the Defendant's father re-opened.

  • o,o shes cant be natural blonde but....... she does great job being one xD

  • I want to punch this bitch in the face.

  • silly entitled little bitch

  • Comment removed

  • she is hot,

  • oh jesus.. she rly is blonde -_-

  • Hold on! Didn't he appear on the same show again?

  • giving a bad name to blondes everywhere. -_-

  • lolz blonde asian

  • Hard faced, half breed, prostitution whore!

  • Due to the fact that she looks like a particularly sloppy Asian prostitute; I automatically side with the cop . Let us see if my fantastic judgment skills prevail. ^^

  • This defendant reminds me of Paris Hilton-omg! They think they can do whatever they want because of who they are or who they are related to. please!

  • That poor cop dad being put on the spot by his spoiled cry baby kid. Nothing like trying to defend the indefensible.

  • being a police chiefs kid (and a cop now) i never used my dad to get out of a ticket. i knew better than to call him bcuz he would tell them to issue the citation. my bro learned the hard way he got the book thrown at him for using my dad to get out of trouble, the cop was only gonna issue a warning but my dad was so mad he told the officer issue the citations(3 tickets). that girl is a whiny baby and her father needs to unwedge his nose from other cop affairs.

  • This officer did nothing wrong! This stupid woman is exactly what Judge Judy says she is 'a spoiled brat'. She thinks that because her father is an ex cop she can use that as a means of getting out of predicaments, such as speeding tickets. I commend the officer for not being intimidating into letting her off, which is exactly what she and her father were expecting him to do. Her and her father should be ashamed of themselves for taking it as far as they did and writing complaint letters.

  • while the plaintiff was in the right he seems a bit money hungry, it is no surprise that JJ pretty much flat out forced him to give up some of that money

  • its bullshit that if you have a parent that is a police officer you can sometimes get out of a ticket, its so unfair. I have a friend that is about 24 years old, and his dad is a cop. on numerous occasions he has been pulled over, and let go after they realize his dad is a cop. I get pulled over and I get a ticket. bullshit...

  • The plantiff looks very familiar. I think hes been on the show before

  • @ksuein99 you might wanna read top comment

  • She's hot enough but the blond is unnecessary... It doesn't work with her voice.

  • ...or just don't speed in the first place?

  • The dude behind the father at 5:23 is making the most hilarious face. XD His expression says it all!

  • Typical fake blond they think because they have (fake blond) hair they can get away with anything. men will treat me better because i am blond (well sorry your a fake blond) Dying your hair (fake blond) gets you nothing!

  • @The42krunner Men treat you better because of your hair color, and you're proud of that?? I weep for the future.

  • Is she asian??? Idk

  • why dont u just answer mf question bitch?????

  • @MsNiceneasy1 isn't she half white though. the hair actually looks fine with her face but that is my opinion

  • if you put a fight against a cop, the cop will use proper action. Its relevant and standard, you get pulled over for anything such as a traffic tic or a fix it ticket. Shut up and pay the ticket

  • this spoiled ill-mattered LA idiot needs to grow up.....lady no one gives a damn about your feelings......rules are rules you were caught speeding, pay the ticket and move on with your life......idiot!!!!

  • She's getting the backhand after this.

  • How come JJ didnt recognize him and mention he had been there before as soon as she seen him? Thats what makes me think this might be fake.

  • @hfranco2007 it isn't relevant that he has been there before since this case has nothing to do with the previous case. she's being professional.

  • @MsNiceneasy1 I am a white European and there was nothing racist at all in beigelycheenut's comment. Actually, your initial comment and your reply was dripping with racism. It's quite hilarious how you're lashing out at an anti-racist for calling you out on your racism, by calling them racist. Goodluck in life.

  • he appeared in a previous show with an old lady as defendant for teh same reason etc

  • he appeared in a previous show with an old lady as defendant for teh same reason etc

  • @MsNiceneasy1 *half Asian. This ain't the 50s. That one drop shit doesn't fly anymore. Non-whites have every right to change their hair colour. Why is it that it's okay for whites to do anything they want with their hair, but when a non-white does it, dear god. Then people like black folks with their Afro-type hair are expected to conform to white beauty standards, but when they do, then people make fun of them. Yeah. You're an idiot.

  • @beigelycheenut nicely said good sir

  • L.A Police Departments is the biggest gang in California....

  • the fact that the officer has been on here twice for same thing, makes me suspicious of him.,..

  • @earthdivided23 ...or, of the show! But yeah, this guy knows how to spot 'em + he clearly loves being on TV... I used to live in LA and driving there, because there's no way you can't be driving in LA, and it is a real pain in the ass! Everybody there are notoriously bad drivers. I think it's because from driving around everywhere, even if it's just to buy a pack of smokes, people have become impatient being on the streets, they speed up to hasten their time driving. Anyway, viva Judge Judy!

  • @earthdivided23 Not at all. It's people like this who feel like they are entitled to breaking the law and getting away with bad behavior because their father, husband, etc. is some wellknown person in the community.

This officer is just doing his job.

  • @Nina37Seattle thye probably get a lots of these complaints every year and this guy is tired of putting up with all the crap.

  • @earthdivided23 me too actually. i think he's just a cry baby lol.

  • @earthdivided23 well if you got a satisfactory judgement the first time and you were able to make a complete ass out of the defendass. You would be inclined to using the same avenue.

  • @earthdivided23 why so?

  • @earthdivided23 When has he been on here twice? Be that as it may, police officers get unfounded complaints all the time. It's embarrassing to have a stranger point out to you that you were breaking the law, so one tends to think they were mistreated in some way.

  • @BlueRonin44

"When has he been on here twice?"

Here is the first time he appeared watch?v=jPJtD8YaHHE

  • @badpanda84 cool! Thanks! It's not uncommon to get multiple complaints throughout one's policing career. If I could sue all the people that complained on me, I'd be a gajillionaire.

  • @BlueRonin44 "If I could sue all the people that complained on me, I'd be a gajillionaire."

that would depend on whether or not they have a legmiate complaint or not. -- and who you complain too. it is actually an offense to file a false police report or complaint

  • @badpanda84 Laws vary from state to state. In my state, it's not a crime to file a false complaint unless it's reporting a false crime. And if they had a legitimate complaint, I'd be out of a job.

  • @BlueRonin44 When you file a complain with the police -- dont you have to sign a declaration stating that what you wrote is accurate.

Or at least that is the case in Australia -

  • @badpanda84 Procedure varies from agency to agency, but lying to the police in my state isn't a crime unless you're lying about your personal information (name, DOB, address, etc) or unless your lie hinders an active investigation. Be that as it may, lying in a sworn statement isn't a crime unless you do it in court.

  • @earthdivided23 Makes me suspicious of the chick population where he's stationed, frankly. Both women in both cases lie, try to get out of it by saying he was cruel/rude/etc. and he wins both damned times. I'm a chick myself and have never played the 'poor me, I'm an ickly wittle giw-rl!' card with cops. I sigh, pay my ticket and move on.

  • @earthdivided23 what happened in the other case

  • @earthdivided23 He was innocent both times. The ones to be suspicious of are the defendants who are related to cops and think they deserve special treatment. In both cases a false complaint was issued and these complaints can harm a cops career and is defamation of character. Lots of cops are falsely accused like this, and they ALL have the right to sue.

  • In front of 10 million + people, that blonde Defendant made a complete butt out of herself.

  • This cop has been on Judge Judy before and won.

  • Crackwhore.

  • The episode he has been on before jPJtD8YaHHE

  • @OOhlUkaTmEImGanSTa I also want to add he probably came to JJ for a second time because he had won the first case. He has been doing this job for atleast 10 year, it's not hard to imagine he has come across a few vindictive a**holes

  • This guy has been in the exact same situation before but with an older lady. Once I can believe, twice is either fake, or his behavior is seriously dubious.

  • @TheBaronessIsAwesome Yea I thought he was on b4 .. popular officer

  • @TheBaronessIsAwesome

Oh please. This guy has written hundreds, if not, thousands of tickets during his career; that is what motor cops do. It is not too hard to imagine that more than one of those ticketed motorists had sour grapes and decided to retaliate against him.

  • This either a fake episode or this guy is here again because this is the same guy in a link bgack in 1998!

  • This is a classic.

  • Comment removed

  • "I asked him if I could ask him a question" LMAO

  • Officer Robinson has had this happen before....there's another case about this ridiculousness ,but with an older woman.

  • Although I'm always a bit suspicious about police actions, this officer is clearly in the right here. In a place like L.A., it's clowns like this woman who want to get their way, and have a free ride. He did nothing wrong, and she's a spoiled little bitch who wanted a freebie.

  • @somewhatlongdong COULD YOU PLEASE DO LESS NAME CALLING AND CUT THE WOMAN SOME SLACK! PLEASE?!

  • @somewhatlongdong I totally agree. I don't understand some of the comments on here defending her. she seems to think that she is above the law b/c of her father.

  • This guy has been in JJ at least twice. Check "LAPD Officer Sues Motorist Part I and II" back in 1998 and is the same thing. I wonder why he hasn't been promoted.

  • This is not the first time this officer has been in front of JJ, an old lady tried to sue him too.

  • @tkdmom2000 That should tell us something about him!

  • @tkdmom2000 i thought he looked familiar

  • That was mean. Sorry.

  • @pnutgallery514 I'm proud of you!

  • Oops. She forgot to take off the wig after the hannah Montana concert. :-/

  • @BrilliantDeal1 I'm laughing my ass off at you!

  • Saw some comments about how he was in a similar case on Judge Judy before. Did some research and sure enough, 6 years prior to this case, he brought a case against a Beverly Manos for the same kind of fraudulent complaint against him. Considering this is the LAPD we're talking about, both of these spoiled bitches ought to be thrilled with the 'treatment' they received from this officer.

  • @M0US3P0T4TO I SAID STOP THE FREAKING NAME CALLING!

  • Google Judge Judy and LAPD and look at first result...

Officer Robinson sues someone else for exactly the same thing several years before.

  • @MinnieMouse1975 I think the guy is "Sue Happy!"

  • @BrilliantDeal1 If I'm a Psychopath as you have claimed then it's best not too "FUCK WITH ME!"

  • @musicmistress66 THERE YOU GO AGAIN, PERIOD!

  • This moron pretty much ruined her life forever. This bitch's attitude and stupidity has gone around the world for the last 5 or 6 years now, only topped by the infamous Kelly Filkins's case (eBay cellphone pictures) this moron is going to be hunted by this clip for the rest of her life. Wherever she goes, she must be recognized as the bubble head that wrote the letter to the PD. I wonder how are she and her parents handling her unwanted fame through all these years.

  • @mcmlxvi GROW UP and THINK BEFORE YOU TALK OR MAKE A REMARK!

  • OMG! Freeze the video at 1:46 at look at this bubble head expression when JJ acknowledges that her father is a retired police officer, this idiot actually believes that her father is some sort of "immunity super powered shield" that allows her to get away with anything. The question is how much did her father contribute to implant such a moronic concept in this asshole's marble.

  • @mcmlxvi QUIT IT WITH THE NAME CALLING I'M GETTING SICK OF IT!

  • @musicmistress66 There you go again! Making rude comments about someone that you don't know from a hole in the ground!

  • The defendant looks like Gwen Stefani with conjunctivitis and an eating disorder.

  • @reymatt76 Lol! Great comment !

  • @reymatt76 I SAID KNOCK OFF THE NAME CALLING!

  • @marvinfloyd When someone goes on the JJ show, he or she is paid an appearance fee to basically make an ass out of him/herself in front of 10 million people. If a half-Asian/half-white girl with platinum blond hair and bad make-up (very bad, very very bad) wants to go on TV and completely act like a dingbat for a few bills, then I have the right to comment on it. And I think it's very presumptuous of you to tell people what they can and can't say about people who choose to publicize themselves.

  • @reymatt76 I understand that but you could be a little more positive in your statements though.

  • @marvinfloyd Well reymatt is positive dear; he's positive that this half-Asian/half-white girl with platinum blond hair and extraordinarily bad make-up is a spoiled, selfish brat who think because daddy has doubtless bailed her skinny ass out many times, that she is above the law!

  • @vienna2100 Now you're stooping to a CHILDISH LEVEL!

  • @marvinfloyd Marvin! I'm wounded! What kind of way is that to be talking to your one and only friend?

  • @vienna2100 You're calling the defendant names like the other users have been doing!

  • @marvinfloyd Well slap my ass for being a bad girl! Down on your knees, Marvin, I'm in dire need of more of your prayers ... and could you put a bit more feeling into them, hon? Just for me? Because it appears that so far they ain't working :)

  • @vienna2100 Don't worry I'm not giving up!

  • Furthermore, this girl thought that she was above the law because after she broke the law, she not only tried to cheat and get out of her responsibilities, but she then tried to exact revenge on an individual who works for a living by jeopardizing his job, and therefore his whole way of life. She is the very embodiment of a CUNT. I have received speeding tickets before and I've even been arrested. I paid for my mistakes and learned from them like an adult. She needs to do that as well.

  • @reymatt76 She's young, dumb, and naive. We can't punish or condemn her for that.

  • @marvinfloyd The fact that she tried to get her father to get her out of the ticket and wrote a letter to LAPD lying about officer misconduct shows that she's definitely not naive. She knows exactly what to do when trouble knocks. When you break the law, you pay the consequences. I agree, people that are young often have to challenge those limits and we shouldn't hold that against them. However, just like you or I, they must pay the consequences of their actions and learn to live civilly.

  • @reymatt76 I agree. Judge Judy could have been a little nicer about it though.

  • @marvinfloyd Whatever. People who watch her show know what she's like. I would personally never appear on her show because I don't want to be humiliated in front of 10 million people. These people have seen the show and they know what she's like. No one would watch Judge Judy if she didn't tell people to go fuck themselves. You're not doing anyone any favors by being nice to everyone. Sometimes you have to shut people up and tell them that they're idiots for their own good.

  • @reymatt76 That maybe true but that can also scar someone for life!

  • @marvinfloyd BooHoo. Tough shit. My dad got drafted to go to Vietnam, I'm sure seeing his friends blown to bits in front of his eyes scarred him for life. Life is tough, you have to be tougher.Telling this deviously spoiled little twat that she can't go as fast as she wants on a residential street may scar her for life, but she could also run down little children and then waht are you going to say to her "oh it's OK, shit happens." Nope! Then it's too late. You have to be tough on these kids.

  • @reymatt76 You're right on that.

  • @marvinfloyd Wilbur Street in Reseda where this cross eyed dingbat was speeding is a residential street. There are children who run out into traffic because it's not all that busy, but it is a great shortcut to use during rush hour. You can't speed like that. ANd if she thinks it's not that big of a deal, she needs to be taken down a notch before she kills someone.

  • @reymatt76 I didn't know that.

  • What? I recognise his officer's face and he's been on JJ before with an older, white haired woman complaining about him targetting women... in fact exactly the same case but with a young woman..... sloppy JJ, very sloppy!!!! Or a very unlucky police officer... (yeah right) And the old lady said "do you know who my husband is... a retired police officer". Shit. My faith in JJ's credibility is in tatters.

  • @MinnieMouse1975 I know the case you are talking about, it is this exact case but the young fool is replaced with an old fool, however are you sure it's the same officer?? I don't think it is, it's just the same storyline.

  • @asjabluedog I am 100% sure it's the same man - I recognise faces and remember thinking he looked a bit like Tom Cruise (don't laugh!). The same man but a few years older for sure. Very fishy.

  • @MinnieMouse1975 funny thing is I remember the case quite vividly and remember the old woman and all her lies and how offended she was that he had a tape of it!! but I really can't remember the officer, which is strange because I remember what he said and did etc but cannot picture his face!!!!!

  • @asjabluedog I am going to have to search for that video! I remember it vividly too. Judy's response was pretty much exactly the same in both cases. In the more recent case, she almost prompts the officer to give some of the $5000K to charity, or rather she pre-empts that that's what he'll do - perhaps because it's what he did last time! Naughty JJ.

  • @asjabluedog It is the same officer. He got 5 grants the first time so why not go for it again, after all there's nothing odd about a PO getting an unjustified complaint letter from a driver, is not like he's having the same accident twice.

  • @mcmlxvi I am sure that you guys are right and it is him but i just couldn't remember his face at all so I couldn't place him.

  • @asjabluedog @mcmlxvi Google JJ and LAPD and the first result you see is the original case. Greedy b@stard going in for another $5000. But do you think JJ remembered him? I can't work out if the programme is corrupt or naive.

  • This same case was done with an old lady?

  • @kittykatBflat yes, you're right. Dammit.

  • Comment removed

  • My 3 top episodes.....this one and the Tupperware fruitcake lady and the Miss Piggy one where she threw out the roommate (complaining that he sexually assaulted everyone but her) and then expected to be paid the rent anyway. BEST JJ episodes ever! True entertainment.
