good tone, like they said, losen ur jaws a bit. also what i notice carefull with those lip slurs, bit to harsh. watch when you end/start notes too, starts out strong at times sometimes weak, same with endings.
yu can do it. ive been playing for many years, and stoped 2 years ago, i miss it alot.
Hey man, youre tone rides a little on the "higher" edge which tends to give alto players a whiny-sort of tone. That was a big issue for me when I started to play a lot of jazz. But if you keep your throat really open and your jaw relaxed you can get a much more controlled and consistent sound. However though, if you've been playing for two years, damn man good for you. You wouldn't be getting all the comments if someone didnt think you could do it. Keep up the good work!
You are doing great. I hope that you are having fun whiel you learn this great instrument. My advice is to practice at half tempo, so that you can work on scales and intonation. Your solo work shows lots of creativity and promise.
Imagino que tu devas tá meio brabo comigo...sorry! Me empolguei ontem...mas vim aqui pra dizer que tá LINDO o teu vídeo! Tu tocas zuuuper bem!! Adooooro escutar e ver os teus dedinhos! hehehe Beijão!
if your beginning then thats quite gd, i think that you should listen to a few recordings to this song to really get the feel of it, also try practicing long tones (mostly octave low d and Eb) and practice major and minors
