  • Ahh, right next to the border. I might be able to make it up to that neck of the woods someday. ;-D

  • Where is this?? i have no idea where Cultus Lake is. I want one of these bikes though.

  • @Scrapheap71 British Columbia, Canada

  • Great Area and a nice ride. I had 2 BMW. The first F650 and the 2nd F650GS. With both of them i rode a bit dirtroads til i crashed one ( expensive experience ). To me it was not that easy to hold a 200Kg bike on the track. Keep on going and have fun. Thx for sharing it

  • bração da porra

  • What exactly is this called? It looks like so much fun!

    Off road motorcycling? P:

  • @m16mang big bike riding lol

  • @m16mang its called scared to death of mud and rocks ;)

  • Can you tell me what kind of engine guards you are using?? I've been looking all over for them!

  • @yrekamailbox sure Jesse guards made by the same guy who make Jesse Luggage. Can be found through Xplorermoto.

You should have a peak at our latest adventure google advgrrls. Just got back from 44 days in Alaska and more on loaned Triumph Tigers

  • It is so sad that you would go so far out of your way to break the law. Stupid people like you get trails closed for all of us.

Your Arrogance does not befit your Ignorance.

  • @ChaplainC you are kidding me right? We are allowed to ride on these trails. You are lucky I do not delete your arrogant and ignorant statement.

  • Good stuff...

You might consider a smaller wind shield and removing/swinging your mirrors around. It is easy to get caught up in the moment and just over stretch yourself, especially at low speeds on slopes...

I've done a bunch of single-track on my '07 650GS - some scary moments, but nothing to bake a loaf over :)

    Nice channel - I think I'll subscribe:)

  • bmw is the total bike! it's make all that you want...but not so fast...the best for me!

  • this is a great touring off road bike and can handle more technical terrain if you push it but remember it is a BMW not a dirt bike and dropping it without protective accessories means big bucks. So why I LOVE this bike is that I can tackle any forestry roads and most ATV tracks but not single tracks. I wouldn't even think about single tracking this bike. Fantastic on the highway and again opens the door to thousands of unpaved roads too! I say go for it!~

  • In one year i am getting my car and motorcycle licence. my dad is thinking of getting this bike for him now. and when i can he will let me have this bike. i sat on this at the motorcycle show in the city and loved the feel, it seemed really responsive in the way my weight was carried. anyway is there anything i should look at before i say yes to my dad about this.... (i cant stand the kawasaki dual sport btw). and how do you think this is in the woods compared to a Dirt bike (im not jumping!)

  • Need some knobbies, Eh??? Go for some 60/40's they're very good for dual sports

  • @fishslayer25 we do have DS tires now...Heindenau K60's and they are great for what we do! Last forever and good for off road and on. ;-)

  • yeah i take the ABS off now...thanks! ;-)

  • oh yes, i forgot, i saw in the beginning of the film that you're ABS is still on. My recommendation for going offroad with your bike...turn of your ABS, you won't need it on enduro. If you have to make an emegancy brake, you'll be better of with blocking rear brake and softly using the front brake and lay your weight on the back of the bike ;)

    grtz

    Thorakan

  • you did a great job back there, but i would recommend like for the woods in the beginning to take offroad tires. I've got TKC Karoo 2 tires on my BMW F 650 GS (twin) and it really does the job for mud and looser undergrounds ;)

grtz and keep up the good work :)

  • Good job! I don't think she is a beginner anymore! Thanks for the video I was debating getting one of these and now I will.

  • @tomalf123 yep not so much a beginner anymore and we are on our 26 day cross country trip as i type this. Been gone for 19 days and have done some off pavement riding too. The bike is great and you will not regret buying one of you do! Although I would not call this GS a touring bike it has done a great job and can handle anything!

  • bought it from Xploremoto....supposed to be an Al Jesse shield but I think it is the Euro Cee Bailey shield. I was told Jesse had it modified via CB to fit the GS bikes specifically. Still it appears to be a stock CB. Great shield but I have the BMW large hand guards and on full lock they do touch the shield. Has not affected the handling or interfere with my riding though.

  • can you tell me what shield you have on your bike ?
