There is an English dub but it was never released. ADV couldn't get a TV deal and without a channel willing to air the show, they had to give their dub to the Japanese creators to see what they wanted to do with it. So far, they've only used the English version to give to other countries to dub off of.

This is the first time I've seen the dubbed version, I watched the subbed version a long time ago, here are my thoughts-

1. Ichigo-er...I mean Zoey has a freaking annoying voice that make me want to strangle her.

2. Was this by 4Kids? If so, it makes sense....

3. Kisshu sounds gay.

4. All the elementary school characters sound like their 30 years old.

Because Zoey and Renee didn't transform with them. After Renee joins, Zoey has to be part of the group in order for Supernatural to play(which is why it happened in episode 21).
