hey i was just doing a mac pc comparison..... where did you here that macs have bigger hard drives? thats not even close to being true infact the dell alienware computers can hold well over 5TB of HD space and they have more than 4.00Ghz with the intel i7 Quad core processor and the mac pro can only get 2.96 Ghz on the intel xeonon "westmere" processor i mean when it comes down to it macs might as well be linux compared to PC if your comparing speed and performance the PC $8000 Mac $17,000

Macs and Pc's are the best but linux sucks get this.

1)Linux dont play games, if it does then it has too use "wine" and the games still don't work 100%

2)Linux has poor open office , mircosoft 2007+ is better rembering first impressions is everything.

3)Linux has problems with hardware drivers

4)linux has to use command line to install apps which is not on the app that are not on the software centre, if they are .deb they are easy but very few use this format.

i actually got the new iMac 27 inch after my old one (going on 3 years old) got struck by lightning (GOTTA LOVE INSURANCE!) and OMG it's awesome. 2.8 ghz and quadcore processor, nothing totally special, but hey, it looks awesome.

are you planning on getting a mac soon, Dave? if so i recommend getting something Quadcore. you can put any OS you want on there, and for an extra 200 dollars i saw the option for this REALLY awesome movie editor.
