Besides Palin being a political rookie, I cant help but ponder why anyone would vote for McCain. He is basically at deaths door at 72. If McCain got voted in, then drops dead, that means that religous nutjob Palin would be next in line. Thats a scary thought.

She's got infinitely more executive experience than either Obama or Biden. She governs the most energy rich state in the union which has an 11.1 billion dollar annual budget. As governor of Alaska (a state extremely close to Russia) she is regularly briefed on classified military intelligence regarding that nations activities. The 49th missile interceptor battalion of the National Guard (our first line of defense against a missile attack from Russia)is housed within her state and reports to her.

Palin is under investigation for her possible involvment in trying to get her former brother-in-law (a State Trooper) fired, just an investigation, no indictments yet...so it's not really right saying she's "been caught abusing her power." nothing has been proven yet, and working the story myself...it still could easily go either way.

I would support a coup. I disagreed with Bush, I thought he was an idiot. I disagree with McCain, and think he's not really going to make any change to this country (good or bad). However, Palin is far more scary. It will be annoying but livable to have her be a VP. However, should something happen to McCain, she is not a leader I will trust to any degree, and I believe there are those in all branches of government and the military who would agree. If crisis strikes, I am not by her side.
