Are the makers of Wolfenstein the same makers of this game? The gameplay, the guns, the characters-all of it resembles greatly to Wolfenstein, which is a game where a prisoner breaks free and fights his way to freedom through all of the prison guards, while finding food and treasure along the way.

Comments about the shotgun... Just because the bullets stop 10 feet out on Modern Warfare or whatever crappy game you kids are comparing it to, doesn't mean that's what really happens. If you've ever shot an actual shotgun, the bullets don't just stop. They're bullets. They go long distances. In that sense, this game is a lot more accurate than most modern games.

i feel as if CoD is overrated, its a good game dont get me wrong, i loved mw2's story, multiplayer is alright, its the fan boys who ruin it for me mostly.

DooM, around since the 90's, good ol' classic, grew up with it. watched my dad play DooM 2, and quite a long bit later, Doom 3 comes out, and i realy enjoyed myself with it, and had a shitload more fun playing it online Co-op, and now here i am waiting my mind out for Doom 4. just hope it has a better story then "GTFO ALIVE"

Great memories!! This game came out in my college years and I spent countless hours playing this on my computer. I remember sitting through boring lectures just dying to get back to my dorm room so I could get back to DOOM. Still my favorite shooter of all time. Good times
