@folken53 You can get ninja henchmen as a Mastermind archetype (a type of character class) but not the guys in the straw hats. Those are an enemy group called the Tsoo. The ninjas you can get are three low-class ninja trainee guys who use arrows, shuriken, and some close range attacks in gray outfits, two high-class ninja with wrist crossbows and dual katanas, and one oni ninja demon thing that has magic fire powers.

Depends like what kind of robot you mean, but yes. When you boy the game you can chose between 2 features, wizard / witch, or Cyborg. I have not gotten the time to play it yet, but I think you should be able to play as a human/robot or with robot armor or something, hehe :P

no there arent any private servers. no reason to be cheap though. you can buy time cards from stores like BestBuy without ever using a creditcard. and its not 35 days, its 30 days free after purchase. the game itself is only 10 dollars and even 5 dollars in some places.

you can also refer people to get free time. also there isnt a "credit" system. you just pay a monthly fee (or use time cards which give you 30,60 or 90 days)
