  • @Missusshore, can we broil the fish without using wine? And is it really needed to put plastic over the fish? I'm not too keen on putting plastic on high temp, might melt the plastic to the fish who knows. Thanks!

  • i tried this recipe with garlic salt, lime, olive oil and it was yummy...i never knew it could be cooked well in the microwave...and it tastes great

  • I put it in for more than 20 mins, all i get is the bottom part of the fish stick on the plate and the upper part uncooked.

  • @SHOKYINS the secret is in containing the vapor either by covering or putting in a bag . the steam cooks the fish thoroughly without allowing it to burn although it can overcook easily .

  • is the fish cooked? I tried before by putting it into microwave for 6 mins it doesn't work,the fish is not cooked at all:(

  • i am going to try this. my grandma showed me when i was young that you can make medium rare steak more well done if you microwave it. and i love the last 5 seconds of every video where its always alex taking a bite and a nod of approval... haha.
