This is a talented band, i saw em in Dec. with Epica. but man they need a new singer. She just doesn't have any power in her voice. Also only hearing that lame ass mid range growl gets OLD very fast.

@GodsOfTheEarth you say they need a new singer, i beg to differ. im not just saying this because she's insanely hot, I know from experience. I do the metal growls in my band. to be perfectly honest man, most metal growls are those mid-ranges. besides, her screams as well as her singing match up with the music. a bunch of highs, gravelly lows, and pig squeals would just throw the music off.

@GodsOfTheEarth To be honest, Alissa is one of the most talented female vocalists out there. Her voice is very powerful, and to be honest they sound amazing live AND on CD.

@GodsOfTheEarth I'm not trying to gang up on you by adding another disagreement. But they're right. If you look at a lot of bands of a similar genre to The Agonist, most of them can barely keep up with what the produce on album. They sound great on a CD but once you hear them live you realize they don't have much to offer when you get passed the shiny records they release. I can respect the fact that this singer works hard on her voice and it does show in her performances.
