@ctrlBayra Running, stretching, bar workout, basically anything to upgrade your body so it will be easy for you to advance and prevent injury.You don't need any sport in particular, that's more for style.You don't necessarily need a gymnastic gym, but if you have access to one, use it, it helps a lot.I for one, managed without a gym.Dedication and a bit of guts is also required.Hope it helped.

And if it is cold wouldn't it be smart to wear jogging bottoms then? not chino's which aren't designed for sports and restrict your movement. And to be honest the majority of traceurs wear jogging bottoms all year round, i don't seem to see many in shorts.
