@RonnieNg1 thank you Ronnie, indeed laughter is very important for our lives and LY is fantastic tool.
Having said that, laughter alone without making positive change, does not last. EDtS approach is deeper than just laughter. People learn to take ownership of their personal happiness from the top. They role model CARE from their heart and make real changes in policies to benefit employees and customers alike.

spot on! absolutely right. The troubles will not reduce when we are negative. The only chance out of trouble is to take an action out of it.
History is full with examples of new ventures, new technologies emerging out of crisis.
Wear your smile and keep it heart, then proceed with your heart to do what you love.
