I think its very resoncible of you to include the heath of the body into you overall hair care routine. I think it would be a good experience to see that transformation of hair and body. This could be a good medium to connect to others for encouragment and support in that area. Go for it.
It can really be a challenge for those who are naturally thin to watch what they eat. My grandmother has always told me what your doctor has told you. Now at 27 I am finding out that she was right.
I use St. Ives apricot scrub on my face. That is the one producat that I have been using for years. I have blemish prone skin so I use a product for that also, but that always changes ( what is on sale!) The only thing that I really consider a staple is the scrub. I love that stuff!
I agree we should be thinking about the whole package and not just the parts we don't like for that particular time.
I am 22 and really thin like I weight around 100-105 pounds and I sort of eat whatever I want when I want, my doctor says I'm healthy for th emost part but eventually all the sweets and oily food and spicy foods will catch up some day - oh how I am dreding that day.
Oh nd what is your face care routine. You have nice skin, what products do you use?
I think its a really good idea and I'm interested, although I'm like three months late. lol.
