You're lucky the lucky that there even ARE lyrics to this Cocteau Twins song. Much of their vocals are sort of a nonsense like blues "scatting". Lots of "la la la da da da yee yee yee Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do" type singing. Like she's perpetually "warming up".

I read the lyrics while listening to the song, but I still don't understand the words :P what language is this, a kind of old English or other dialect? I haven't heard anything similar before..it's like a strange, mesmerizing dream where you hear some fairies singing, but you don't quite get it...

I've read the book twice; it's frightening, heartbreaking, thought provoking, beautifully written and inspiring. I sincerely hope the movie remains true to the novel, otherwise, it's an injustice to an amazing author.
