in slow version of lick,u play straight 16th notes but when u speed up they turned into 16th note triplets.just wanna say that,good playing..

thanks! Its more of a solo lick. It isnt meant to have every note accounted for, its a lick designed to feel. If you can incorporate it into a fill then it takes great timing to put it in it evenly. I use this lick in one of my songs on my myspace and it sounds great. Everyone go check it out and see what I mean.

Haven't read all the comments but it sounds like some people are saying you can't have soul because you're white. That is absolute rubbish!!! Makes me so angry when people say shit like that.

White gospel/soul/funk drummers have to put up with this. It's the same shit that Eminem got about rapping. He certainly proved his critics wrong.

I think that the DW 5000 pedal and Pearl Power Shifter Eliminator pedals are the best for the price, but the new Pearl demon drive pedals are OUT OF THIS WORLD The left pedal on the double pedal has NO resistance. I ve never played a smoother pedal.

its a 4/4fill thats eithe used as an 2measure fill or as a 1 measure with the down beat on the 3and. but you have to count it like 1and 2and 3and 4and 5and 6and 7and 8and

I did my first double flam when I was at a drumset at 12 years old. It...just happened. Since then for 10 years it just got faster. I dont do excersizes, and I dont have big leg muscles, I can actually do that fast with my tippy toes on the kitchen floor without a pedal. I dont know how.
