The US is the only nation to ever use a nuclear weapon. The chances of it happening again are greater than any other nation ever using one. Ask the Japanese, I am sure they can tell the whole world how it tasted. I always love when these scholars love to use the threat argument and trying to say Iran could be a threat to Europe. Iran has not invaded anyone in 500 years. US invades nations every other month. Give me a break. What would the US do if Canada or Mexico was invaded?

You made some good points there. People often forget that only the U.S. (not even the big bad Russians!) has used nuclear weapons in anger. The point about nations such as N.Korea and Iran is that they have no interest in using nukes: NK needs money, and that comes not through selling nuclear technology but selling missiles to regimes who have no ability to weaponise nukes.

Yes my friend and you could not have said it any better. The US and the western commenteriat media trying to argue that Iran is a threat to Europe is pure propoganda and nonsense. It is all about balance of power in the region between Shiite and Sunni Islam but more importantly the flow of black gold (OIL) in Iran. I think having nuclear arms allows a nation to use it as tool of negotiation where it can no longer be pushed around. My fear is if nuclear Israel takes a chance and attacks Iran.
