Hey, I have some short clips of this same ring on my channel from June 3rd in Morro Bay California, Please check them out. As soon as I saw them planes throwing chem trails were flying side by side in attempt to cover the ring. Awesome rainbow colors in ring and in the chem trails. The planes were flying in socal as well on the way and in began raining on june4thand sun was not viewable. The chem trails take on the shape of a skeleton after a short time.

The shots thru the sunglasses were really cool looking. The ring could be caused by any number of things (clouds, smog...etc) but my guess is that there might have been a lot of high level moisture in the atmosphere. Hope this helps. Take Care :-))
