I did it yesterday, absolutely amazing but for people watching for the first time it looks like its just a tunnel nothing about 6ft ice moguls on a 75% slope

I've skied this run - was there just last week! Also skied the longest black run in Europe - La Sarenne. Sweet runs, nice vid.

The first time I rode this slope I was 8... and I was terrified... Fortunately I live in Grenoble & I often go l'Alpe d'Huez. Le Tunnel remains one of the best slopes, with Sarenne (the longest slope in the world 16+ km) and La Fare (Vaujany).

The Tunnel is the slope almost beneath you on the gondola that goes to the top of Pic Blanc (3330m). Unless you're any good, it's not a good idea to try it.

You skied straight past the memorial to that guy who died skiing The Tunnel run...
