I have always loved Bill Maher; this just makes me love him even more. The country would be in so much better shape if more people were as intelligent and informed as he is. He doesn't just blindly support one side, nor does he offer bumper-sticker slogans to support his views. Rather, he provides actual facts to back up his opinions, and he isn't a hypocrite; he calls out Democrats as often as he does Republicans. I couldn't respect anyone more!!!

@stayawayfromtheshed of course it was to impress people, but it impressed me in a comical way, and I can absolutely say his audience will be telling everybody how "Bill Maher ran out and just like kicked this guy out himself". I mean in this case I really do think "all publicity is good publicity" and I would also add "ANY publicity is good publicity" because this was a little stunt to make himself look cool. Why should we over-analyze any further?

He can, however debate people on social issues, particularly religion, amazingly well. He's great at helping people to expose their true idiocy, and it's funny. I'd never expect him to actually beat someone's ass any more than I'd expect Andy Kaufman to.
