The guy just beneath Bruce looks like Layne Staley :D. .. As much as I love Maiden's sound with Di'Anno, Dickinson has a completely different range, and feel. But I also think Maiden just hasn't been the same without Clive Burr.. between Di'Anno and Burr, Maiden used to have a much more punkish sound. With Nico.. he tries to be too technical, fitting too much within the time frame. Clive was much better in my opinion.

I love Maiden and I think all three singers did great (paul, bruce and blaze)... unfortunately blaze had a condition that jeopardized his live performance but did great on studio... between bruce and paul really can tell who is better and perhaps its not for us to tell anyway.. all I know its I'm happy the way things turned out.. about bruce's audition it is great but the way paul recorded nobody could do better just like nobody could do Hallowed be thy name better than bruce..

@tatumetalxD I Agree with you dude. I´m from Brasil (here we spell it with "S"), and I´m Iron Maiden fan since I was 14 years old (10 years ago). I think (as many Maiden´s fans) that we can say that Paul is Better than Bruce, or sometnhing like that. Each Maiden album represents the "soul" of each member of the band (with Steve Harrys permission, surely). That´s why Iron Maiden and Killers songs, sounds better in Paul´s voice and style. But for me, Bruce is Better.

Certamente com Bruce é muito bom, mas acho que também seria muito foda com Paul. As músicas ficam melhor com o vocalista original até por uma questão de costume. Para concluir meu ponto de vista gosto muito quando Bruce canta Sign of the Cross, Lord of the Flies, Man on the Edge, The Clansman e Futureal mas prefiro Blaze. abraço brazuca

Paul's style is harsher and punk-influenced, while Bruce's is more operatic. They're both gifted singers and Maiden wouldn't be Maiden without them. Paul Dianno left on his own accord, as he was burned out. Although I agree that Bruce is supreme, the band had risen to the level of major touring with Paul. The fact that Bruce rules absolutely does not make Paul's contribution and ability without merit. Anyway, he is far superior to blaze bayley!!!!!!!!
