  • I have read all of Merry Gentry and in each book I am suddenly transported to the beautiful world of the magical seely and unseeley court. To experience first hand the godliness of Princess Meredith and her royal guards Each one the result of perfection and eternal life. Merry must earn her position as an eternal royal but it proves to be a precipice that is barely reachable. Can Merry summon all the abilities and power she was born with and become the queen of the unseeley. This is the question

  • i luv her who cares if it has a lot of sex its the type of books she luvs oh well l.k.h i luv u keep it up

  • That's sad, but I like her books I'v just read Skin Trade, but I miss the accion in the book, and Richard

  • Yes, I'm sure it does..... Personally, I give Laurell 2 thumbs up! *pleading voice* But could you all shut up now before someone accidentally blows away the ending?!

  • maybe to sould think...or at least educate yourself on what it is you are slamming, before you say anything

  • I haven't been able to read the book yet. Last one I read was Lick of Frost. But I think the thorns are suppose to indicate sacrifice on Meredith's part? That would be my guess. That's what I assume anyway. Can't wait to read it, it sounds like it will be as good as her other books!

  • If you actually READ the book, the cover makes sense. I think maybe LKH deserves fans that know what they are talking about before they make judgments.

  • LKH doesn't deserve fans in the first place. She turned a beautiful series with an amazing, inspiring heroine into a d-grade hardcore porno. The first half of the series didn't need wereanimal orgies every three pages, so I can't imagine why the second half did.

  • Wow. That's quite harsh. If you don't like her, then don't read her. Simple as that.

  • You're right, it is quite simple. The last book I read of hers was Incubus Dreams. I don't read her anymore.
