Transport Wheelchair | Improvements In Airport Transportati

I have a spinal cord injury and use my own wheelchair, but I'm wondering how the passengers that will use these wheelchairs will function while at the airport. If they need to be helped how do they get to the washroom? They only get help to the gate then from gate to plane etc. There are no big wheels to use to push themselves and brakes to lock them into the one place therefore they will have to walk possibly long distances for washrooms etc. Not good if they are unable. There is no freedom.
