The rat can be fished in Dalaran, at the place this video is made. Just have a max. fishing skill and good luck or lot of time. :-)

its a special biscuit from the card games to make him grow i got it on a character but not sure wot its called. You got it from the collector edition wotlk.

You can make a vanity pet larger by give him a Papa Hummel's Pet Biscuit. This is an Item from the WOW Trading Card Game. You can get a stack of 50 items buy buing a loot card.

so i sat in the same spot and fished for like 4 hrs all i got was a bunch of junk some fish and gave up but i started off at lvl1 fishing got to 250 lol i kept on forgeting to go to the trainer im gunna try again this weekend
