  • Procharged Hahahha. More like bone stock camaro. I ran a 12.94 @ 106 with nothing but a short shifter and catback. There are multiple 9 sec procharged Ls1s on ls1tech.

  • the ls1 with cam and bolt ons good tires and launch plus driver is in high 11's. after procharger...depending on 8-10 lbs of boost...10's.

  • Sombody explain why a pro charged Camaro didn't beat a 13.1 when a stock ls1 Camaro can run 13.1 that car should be low 12 or high 11...was is a pro charged v-6?

  • ok a win is a win, but damn. that maro should be running at least mid low 12's with a procharger. sick as dodge though ill give it that

  • The driver in the Camaro is awful.

  • thats curb dumbass not gross weight is wat u look at!

  • That's funny b/c my reg cab LWB 4wd weighs 7300 lbs across every scale I pull on. So a mega cab 4wd is lighter.....? Haha I'd like to see that, it's gotta be made of some light weigt alloy.

  • Considering that truck weighs 7,000 pounds...boy is he like about a half ton off!! Umm more like 8,000 lbs kid haha. That's what's so funny

  • actually the curb weight of a ram 2500 mega cab diesel is 6593lbs.

  • @svt281stang wrong my quad cab 3500 single wheel 4x4 weighed in at 7800 lbs

  • The camaro has a procharger- thats a fact- his driving skills are a different story- also the truck is putting out over 800 hp and 1600 ft/lbs.

  • @svt281stang wrong again, truck would run low 12's with that much power/auto trans.

  • if that truck ran a 13.1 and beat the camaro... the camaro wasnt procharged. LS1 Camaros run low 13's to high 12's stock.

  • ls1 camaros don't run those times at 5,000 ft. above sea level- the camaro has a procharger- we watched it go through tech inspection, looked at the motor, and talked to the owner while we were waiting to go through tech-listen for it to come into boost right after 60 ft.

  • ok, so at 5000 ft that takes away what... a second? a procharged LS1 *should* be greater than 500 hp. with a decent driver that should be a easy 10 second car (11 with altitude). Not saying you're wrong, just saying if you're not, he can't drive LOL. Either way, that truck's movin.

  • Our track kind of sucks too- he can't launch with any boost or he blows the tires off of it- there's a heads/cam 07' zo6 that the owner claims is making 650rwhp that can't run faster than 12.1 @ 125- where are you from and what do you drive? You should come to our track this summer and go up against my friends 88' camaro

  • Im from SC, and im sure thats a pretty good distance from where you're at, since you're at 5000 ft. DD a 2000 z/28 with basic bolt ons, and at the track I drive a 79 malibu with a 454 BBC and juice. look up "greer dragway 79 malibu" that was taken a long time ago with the 406 N/A Should be a high 10, low 11 second 1/4 mile car or high 6's 1/8.

  • thats a sick malibu- you should post a vid of the z-28

  • Thanks, I might post a vid of the z/28 later this year, but its nothin special, just intake, and full exhaust. other than that, its stock.

  • a procharger changes the fact that it is 5000 ft above sea level. boost is boost. doesnt matter the altitude. He would just have to run a slightly smaller pulley to compensate for the altitude.

13.1 @ 103 on the truck is good for a truck, but a procharged camaro should trap atleast 120mph vs 103mph. no matter the altitude. after the 1/8th mile where he could get traction for sure he would be putting buslengths on the truck. i dunno doesnt seem procharged to me or he REALLY cant drive.
