"Smells like a dead person!" Hilarious! That was the first thing I thought when I got my first ammo can. Even worse, I got it at an Army/Navy surplus store and they had a whole isle recently stocked with them. Literally hundreds! That whole section of the store smelled like death & decay.

When you dont know what the person is unboxing I think that taps into out curious side, when we watch an unboxing and we know what it is I think were just simply watching stuff we would like to have too. Like pizza =P

I personally rather do the unboxing then watch unboxings on YT =P

But interestingly enough I saw a poll in mens health 1500 college students were surveyed and something like 40% said they would pick internet over regular sex.

So looks like there are lots of people who rather watch porn then be involved in the real thing =P

I felt bad for him man. He wanted to sell me his G37 for $200 but he's my dad so I told him if I can find ammo for it would you keep it.

He's happy now. He's more of a gun horder. Never firest them so that box of 50 rounds will last him the next 20 years =P

Personally Im scared of reloading. I'm afraid I'll Fuck up and blow up my guns.

The ammo can was $11. Is that how much they should be? Seems cheap enough.

@FireArmsResQ at the surplus store here they are $3 for the 30 cal and $5 for the 50 cal sizes and from time to time they have them with 9mm markings while gander mountain has them (with all markings painted over)for $20

Mines the 50 Cal size. They dont have any surplus stores around here so I figured I'd buy one online and buy a few more things to make up for shipping. Much better then my tool box!

Mines in od green I got it for 379. I think the place is called georgia arms they sell ammo they make dirt cheap and they have 45gap

I looked up the place where he bought his G37 new. I think it's down to $380 but yeah absolutely no ammo for it! Called 10 gun stores too.

I guess this is a cool gun if they have ammo available. My dad was willing to sell it to me for $200 but he's my dad and I didnt want to steal it from him. All he needed was ammo he's happy with it now. Probably felt like a sucker having a gun with no ammo =P

@FireArmsResQ Thank god im home for the week, but yeah physically its shorter then a 45, but its more complicated then that, the brass is abit thicker... 45acp is a real thin brass case it's a 100 year old round after all, the GAP is thicker and loaded with alot hotter powder. It's one of several attempts to 'modernize' the 45 auto, look up the 45 super to :) Now that's the 45 I want but pretty much the only way you can shoot it now is to handload it.

@FireArmsResQ LOL yeah I'm not much better lately, but the G37 aside from not being able to find ammo for it is a good gun. I've wanted something in 45 gap ever since the whole obama ammo buying craze because by me at least what happened is you had boxes of stuff like 45gap and 357 sig all over. You couldn't find 9 or 40 or 45 to save your ass, and 380s are STILL a pain to find.

I was looking up the .45 gap on YT when my dad bought his gun to do research and man it's not a gun thats reviewd much on YT.

The one guy making videos on it pointed out that the advantage of a GAP is if you live in a place where everryone horded .45 ACP and all they have is .45 GAP then the GAP is a good choice.

@FireArmsResQ Yeah I mean I love the good ole 45acp, I have afew guns in it and it's prolly my favorite to shoot but I remember going to gun shows and all the 'common brands' that people buy up guess whats the first type of ammo to get sold out :) And heck for the price and in cali he did good, my first 'new' glock was a G39 and I sold it decided I wanted the full size more ya know. I did good on the G39 to got it for right at 400 and sold it for 500. ^_^

Just learned about them when I was browsing 357 ammo online. They also make them in 9mm.

137 pellets. It'll probably be very weak but still interesting. Nothing beats a real Shotgun =P

Thats the plan my friend. I did a ammo unboxing 2 weeks ago aswell. Just gathering ammo so I can make as many videos as possible. I have to drive an hour or 2 to find a secluded spot to shoot so I'm going to make my trip count!

I'll shoot a watermelon with it and a few targets to see how the spread pattern is.

I'm planning to do a Mystery Box contest on Youtube. A guy on here his name was Justkeepthatinmind use to send people random crap as long as you did an unoxing.

I don't think I've seen an unboxing where the person was dissapointed. They simply can choose not to upload the video. That would be fucked up if they did!

Unboxing vids are awesome because it taps in on our sense of curiosity. Plus it's always cool to see new and cool shit. I also like the commentary and to be able to share the excitement w/ ppl getting something new.

Well said bud! I think thats why I enjoy unboxings where you don't know what it is. Like contest unboxings. So many of them on here that I don't know everysingle one so when I see a sub of mine doing a contest unboxing those are fun because most of the time I don't know whats in them.
