Bianca had no real interest in Ash. The drawing is very misleading however. Maybe Latias knows how to draw? Maybe Bianca drew it out of admiration for what Ash did? I still think that that was Latias that kissed Ash though. She really cared about him.

Seriously, I don't care what ANYBODY says. It's not logical, he's at LEAST (The very least) 11 by now.
I highly think it's Latias. Think about it-Bianca barely ever hinted towards Ash that she liked him. The very first person Latias went to when Latios was in trouble was Ash, then she fell into him, crying. Latias never spoke and Bianca wore a hat all the time. Bianca went somewhere in town according to the museum guy, I forget his name. Latias loved Ash and tried to spend a lot of time with him. Plus, Latias's theme song played when she came over to Ash and kissed him. That song belonged to her.
Also, not having a hat on doesn't really say much. Neither does the fact that Latias can't paint. There's nothing saying she can't. And if she can't paint, that's still no proof. Wasn't Lorenzo, the museum guy, surprised when Ash told him they were leaving? That means they hadn't said anything about it (a little rude, if you ask me, but whatever), and Lorenzo told them that Bianca was at the market or somewhere, or that she was going to go.
So Bianca had probably already drawn that picture for Ash and Pikachu as thanks for helping to save the town, and, not knowing they were leaving soon, left to run her errand. Then Latias, being around and hearing they were leaving, grabbed the paint to give to Ash, instead.

I highly think it's Latias. Think about it-Bianca barely ever hinted towards Ash that she liked him. The very first person Latias went to when Latios was in trouble was Ash, then she fell into him, crying. Latias never spoke and Bianca wore a hat all the time. Bianca went somewhere in town according to the museum guy, I forget his name. Latias loved Ash and tried to spend a lot of time with him. Plus, Latias's theme song played when she came over to Ash and kissed him. That song belonged to her.

Also, not having a hat on doesn't really say much. Neither does the fact that Latias can't paint. There's nothing saying she can't. And if she can't paint, that's still no proof. Wasn't Lorenzo, the museum guy, surprised when Ash told him they were leaving? That means they hadn't said anything about it (a little rude, if you ask me, but whatever), and Lorenzo told them that Bianca was at the market or somewhere, or that she was going to go.

So Bianca had probably already drawn that picture for Ash and Pikachu as thanks for helping to save the town, and, not knowing they were leaving soon, left to run her errand. Then Latias, being around and hearing they were leaving, grabbed the paint to give to Ash, instead.
