Her in CA were are one of the highest taxed states in the nation. 1/2 of our state's budget goes to the failing public school system and billions more go to massive public employee's retirement plans, welfare payments (the most generous in the nation) to children of illegals etc. etc.. No wonder there is little money to re-invest in the state's infrastructure:(

I hate to waste time with an intelligent response to someone named Poofyponcho who lacks the ability to spell even third grade vocabulary like bye or wants, but did you notice how many of the beautiful places in this video were funded by taxes? Seems almost a perfect time for projects like that to make a comeback, but the greedy no longer care to invest in our country, all they do is whine about taxes. Greedy? You cannot be serious. We ALL live in this country and ALL should shoulder a portion of the costs associated with with community needs. We are approaching a situation where nearly half of our citizens are paying for the total cost of government. This cannot be a healthy trend.
It is time for everyone to contribute.
