What the devil? "White female juvenile, DOB 3/2/78". Pardon me, but that's not a "juvenile". That's a 30-year-old woman. She's "middle-aged", not a "juvenile". Assuming the young lady was about 14 when she "ran away", this must have been made 16 years ago, in 1992. Hardly "news". Grade: C / 3stars. (Antiquated.)
