They are the presidential bodyguard, a horse cavalry unit, tracing their lineage to British colonial days as far back as 1773.They were raised as a horse mounted personal bodyguard of the colonial governor and the horses continue as a tradition and part of ceremony.They are part of Indian Armoured forces and are all Tank men and part of mechanised forces.

Sad that Indian president is a rubber stamp. It might been so awesome if president makes it all happen. No too many political parties, no chaos. Jus one embodiment of supreme power, The President Of India. The Guards deserve the honour for maintaining the unbroken tradition of Royal Army in India. At author. please don split the national anthem as by vkkmenon1. Download it anywhere online. Great work and thanks for the video.

You mixed the anthem. The First one was the mp3 format you added till ......Gujrat Maratha. Shame on you.... adding US version of our anthem at the start itself
