i ve been bellydancing for quite some time, not especially done a lot of drum solo.. do you think it s too early for this dvd? most drum solo instructions are for advanced (sadie, iamed..) what would you recommend to start with? sonya? thanks

If you have been learning bellydance for at least one year, I have read that you would have no problem if only the "self" challenge. I've bought it and wait for it impatiently!Looks like a very good workout dvd. (Excuse my English, I'm not an anglophone.)

the sonya dvd is really good. another good drum solo dvd is Jenna - the heartbeat of bellydance. i would recommend starting with those first.

I received the dvd: it's challenging but the drills make you practice the moves again and again without rewinding, which is a very good point. Dinavienna, do you know if Sonya's dvd could be a good complement? I'm also interested by this one but I don't know if it is worth buying it after Michelle's...

i ve tried none of the drumsolo discs, but intend to buy sonya s first and jenna s, and later go for this one.

Personally, judging from comments on amazon and review on bellydance sites, i think they re all 3 very different. and to brush up on some basics michelle might not cover, sonya s is good i think! it s not expensive either :) but rmmbr i havent bought them so far :)
