handling boiling water

This is fake, real boiling water creates a lots of bubbles, and this one is just shaking + sounds were added in video editor

My chemistry teacher showed us this video during class to explain that it is possible to put your hand in boiling water if the atmospheric pressure were lower and....

I had to get real deep in there and clean up because I was afraid of water damage or something...

the effect is kind of ruined because the steam sound is too loud, and perhaps that sound shouldve came when you first stuck your hand in?

yea, the main thing that works is how the entirety of the water is disturbed
