Amazing. Truly amazing, thanks very much for this. You were good in the fact that you went into the intricite details about fussy eaters, etc. You also gave your own opinion which was really nice to know :) because diet reviews tend to only say what the book says, not what they themselves think : / its unfortunately stereotypical but wow, yeah, my mother has this book and i might ask to borrow it, im really looking to loose weight. Thanks very much :D
i vary it from day to day honestly. ive done one meal, sometimes two...i eat 6 times a day (a strict diet with a trainer) and i use the recipes in the book with the least amount of calories ( i have to keep my meals between 200-250 cals each) GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!! :)
hey so I bought both books today since the show looked awesome, but my questions is do you replace all of your meals b-fast, lunch and dinner to lose weight or just 1 or 2?? thanks!!!
So like i have this book sitting on my table collecting dust.....................today i decided to you tube it and find real people using it and seeing results........you are the only one that i found that has this book.....although there are no other postings that i can tell that you have posted stating whether or not you have reached your goal. So my question is..........Did this book really work of you?

actually, thats not true. i should know, ive lost 18 pounds since using it. AND ive lost 5 inches off my waist...so THERE!

@ndapottershands - i actually have lost weight...ive lost ten pounds...still have 20 pounds to go but its working. :)
