Have y'all ever heard of people saying if it works for your keep doing it. I'm not saying I arch my back when o do stuff cause I fine doing everything precise, slow and with a lot of weight helps more than just throwing the weight but give the man some props. He's incline benching a shit load and could easily beat anybody's ass on here probably so stfu until you get sponsored by a major company
@damon1721 it doesnt matter how much i can do or cant do. the thing it matters is he is arching the shit outta of his back that makes his back straight meaning he is bacially doing flat bench.
@mcturk17 It does matter...first of all, why take criticism from a YouTube tough guy who can't push his body weight. Second, he's a powerlifter so he probably has an arch when he flat benches too so this is still an incline to what he's used to without the shoulder stress. Third your a wannabe "MC" not a chiropractor...having your back in a fixed arch keeps you tight, i'm sure if it fucked your lower back than he wouldn't do it along with every other powerlifter out there.
@damon1721. RITEEEE since ur there every time i work out.
im not gonna give u my stats cuz i hate bragging but i can almost do twice as my body weight on the bench, twice my body weight +50 lbs on shrugs , twice my body weight on squats. 60 times my body weight on the leg press YESS I SAID 60 TIMES. i weigh 125 lbs. and im 5,3 so you do the math.
@mcturk17 I would love to see you put 7500lbs on the leg press and go all the way down. or even watch you attempt to round up all your little retard friends help you get it off the rack and watch it fold your legs in half. post a vid of you doing half that weight or stfu
Good power but man you really do arch yourself to flatbench. I'm not sayin i can do the weight or nothing but I know I would get a lot of shit at the gym if i went and told everyone to watch me incline that way. Good power tho, keep it up
@mv322 He makes a valid point, with your arch you're actually doing an incline barbell press. If you actually did it how it is supposed to be done you'd notice the difference.
@maurice15 i agree that strict form is a must for beginners, but most bodybuilders that compete in the olympia do this. its not necessarily incorrect, consider it a modification to the lift. jay cutler was even featured in muscle and fitness i think in 08 discussing that very topic, it was entitled "lifting wrong to get it right." of course i dont recommend it to beginning bodybuilders.
I arch my back to a lot in incline but i always try to have my ass incontact with the bench

Ignorant fags commenting on the back arch have no idea about training as an athlete. Its nothing like bodybuilding..

That's bench pressing and incorrect form. I hate when people cheat to make achievements.
