  • From a website called Bricklink you can search for individual Lego pieces and buy them either in bulk or just a couple of bricks etc. It is a website for sellers from all over the world, so you should be able to find a seller within your own country. The prices are very good normally a lot cheaper than Lego's own webstore.

  • Having said that the Death minifig and the coke can were custom made by me.

  • If you use Bricklink there are loads of Danish sellers there and the UK seller for Brickarms will ship to Denmark.

  • Please help! I dont know how to use AnimatorDV simple!

  • Way to big a topic to cover here, why not join our website bricksinmotion and we have a hardware and software thread there in our forums. We will all help you out.

  • you are very good at stopmotion very smooth very clear nd very funny love ur vids

  • Thanks. Glad you liked it. This was my first serious attempt at a film, I am pretty happy with the way it turned out as it was my first. :)

  • I recognize the sound of Frankenstein from The Return of Castle Wolfenstein zombies

  • Actually it isn't - well not unless the website I got the sound effects from, stole it from there. But as they are a professional sound effects site I doubt it. I guess when you've heard one monster/zombie you've heard them all. :)

  • stom!!!!!

  • when he says here he comes it sounds like jigsaw

  • nice you have the werewolf i just got him ive been watching this so much!!

  • Cool movi no lagg,!!

  • ahh frankenstein!

  • the beginning is pretty freaky

  • That was awesome! Can you tell me what base platform was the main character standing in front of? Was it mega blocks or lego?

  • Thanks, Yes it was Mega Bloks, you can find lots of them on eBay, that is where I got mine from.

  • what is the mummy, frankinstine, and the pumpkin called on the website

  • Just do a search on those names and you'll find them, the search engine on there is very good. Make sure you spell Frankenstein correctly :)

  • and werewolf

  • Bricklink, it is a website for people to buy Lego. Awesome site. Search for it on Google, as YT won't allow me to post a URL here in this comment.

  • where did u get the mummy, frankinstine, and the pumpkin in the background

  • worcraft wolf sound

  • Actually no, that isn't where I got it from :)

  • how long does it take to make a video like that?

  • Several months, it all depends really on how much animation is involved, how complicated the scene is and how much time you can spend each day to do it. :)

  • how do i make videos like that?

  • No way I can answer that question given the space here. I am currently recording some tutorials of my own on a separate channel. But until they are ready I would suggestion you check out the 'Brickhelp' YouTube Channel and visit the website mentioned in the video text in the panel to the right here...

    ----------------->

  • lol that was funny

  • Cheers, hopefully my next film will be out soon, Keep tuned in, or better still subscribe! :)

  • lol Cool brickfilm...wait, brickfilm is copyrighted! ;)

  • LOL that was really good! Well Done!

    Nailer (from BricksInMotion)

  • sweet! Well Done!

  • where do u get that wolfman minifigure?

  • It comes in two parts the werewolf minifig is Lego part no. hrf006 and then you also need the minifig torso with the same shirt before it is ripped that torso is Lego part no.973pb86c01 - you can buy both from Bricklink. com it is an excellent place to buy individual Lego peices

  • i love it. thanks for sharing

  • HAHAHAHATHAT really was awesome

  • Thanks, hopefully my next one will be better ;)

  • That was AWESOME!

  • the parrots death was cool

  • wow that was amasing

  • Hi, I just got a logitech 4000 - can someone please tell me how to insert sound

  • It's all done in post production. You record the voice lines first, that way you can animate to match them. Add sound effects in your film editing suite. The better the suite the easier it is.

  • preety good 5/5

  • dang so smooth and great quality 5/5

  • That was awesome! I love how you have all of the background detail.... and I also love how you always have like a little creature like a spider walking around. 5*****

  • To tell the truth the scorpion was a good way to remove loose items off the set so that they wouldn't be a problem later on :-)

  • cool lego people

  • Everything I used is in the video description.

The software is AnimatorDV Simple+ at

animatordv dot com or you can use Monkey Jam, there are several that are free. Go to Brickfilms dot com and read the FAQ in the resources section to find out what you need to get started. Good Luck

  • What software are you using? I am so desperate in finding one! I take pictures and transfer them into the computer, instead of using the camera and the computer simultanously, please respond :(

  • I don't usually like brickfilms but this is really good.

  • Did you green-screen? If so, how?

  • How, no there is no Blue/Green screen in this film. The only thing I did was with the Parrot, where I used a technique called 'Masking'

  • aa, ok!

  • 5 stars!

  • megabloks :(

  • Its all Lego apart from the stone arch and the raised sections. If Lego made cool pieces like that I wouldn't use Mega Bloks. But I really don't understand peoples problem/issues with Mega Bloks ????

  • were do u get thestop motion program?

  • Is it a free download?

  • Nice work, man! Very well done! :D

  • Nice work and imagination man

  • How did u get that guy to morph?!!?!? nice work man

  • Oops! Forgot to mention that program in the video details. I used a morphing program called 'Morpheus Photo Morpher', I took one shot of the Lego Minifig as a human and then replaced its torso with the ripped shirt torso and then placed the werewolf head on top & took another shot. Then used the morphing program to morph between the two.

  • Very good, my dear freind! Better than my films! Congratulations for the score you got!

  • Well I came in 2nd place in the Halloween Competition. Seeing as this is my first attempt at Lego Stopmotion Animation, I am pretty happy with that.

  • cool you win?

  • Nope the Film #1 in the video details relates to this being my first film I made. I intend to number my videos so if anyone finds me on YouTube in the future they can see which order my films have been made in and hopefully see the improvement in them as I go along !

  • oh yeah and i like how the parot changed to stone when he touched death

  • Combining monsters, lego, animation and lame jokes is like my 2nd favorite thing in the world!

    Congrats

  • I'd give the animation a 3.5/5 and the story a 4/5. Good work.

  • Excellent! the Solent Meads golf lot think this is cool1

  • Loved it!

  • This is a nice film with good animation, jokes story, you'll have a good chance in the contest!

  • I love how no one laughs at poor Death's jokes. Great job, FunnyBoysFilms!

  • Great film!! loved the werewolf morp.

    Good luck in the competition

  • Thanks, I'll update this page in due course with results of the competition.
