  • Ahhh shut up Obama!!!

  • Excuse me. I didn't read your comment before, but I'm still labeling u shallow and stupid.

Horner pointed out the budget crumbling in Europe over the European energy model. It is bankrupting the system over there and riots r occurring all over Europe right now because there is not enough money to pay the unemployed. The Keynsian economies never work in a recession.

  • Glenn Beck's show is SO much better when he's not there. I love Judge Napolitano! I'm so happy he has his own show now!

  • I'm confused. Was she defending cap-and-trade and then say that the "Free-market should always reign"?

That was some cognitive dissonance to the extreme.

  • @riethc

Cap-and-trade is more "Crony capitalism" then "free market capitalism".

It's designed as yet another gift to walstreet designed to create another "Reagan style" artificial bubble economy.

  • @17R3W You're right, it will create another bubble. At this point, I'm not even concerned with the financial system though. It's pretty much kaput.

I'm more concerned with the real physical economy. We have to get a Glass-Steegal-like reform on the books before our real physical economy collapses. If we start building windmills and putting up solar panels, it will only contribute to the overall loss of net energy and eventually the downfall of the United States.

  • More reasons to fear the President!

In case you haven't notice.... he's "black".

  • @17R3W Cut the racist bull-shit, man. We won't have it here. The issue is energy reform and your claim that Republicans r racist is very shallow. We are looking at Europe's model for "Green energy" and this process is very poor. It is tearing the European economies to shreds. We should LEARN from European leadership, and assess whether we want to jump off the same cliff they r falling off of, or use an energy system that works.

  • @Gaeilge2000

The reason my claims are shallow is because Chris Horner took 5 minutes to say nothing of substance.

I'd much rather watch a video of you talking about the issue as it appears you actually have an understanding of the issue.

When people refer to president Obama as a socialist (or Marxist, or Maoist, or a Nazi) they lose all respect I might have for them, and become the butt of a shallow joke, if I acknowledge their existence at all.

  • @17R3W OMG!! He's black!! Thre's a guy dowm my street who's black too! That's terrifying!!!

  • @cano21

I know, that was supposed to be a joke. Making fun of the alarmist in this video...

*whispers* In case you haven't noticed... he's black!

  • @17R3W That's a poor excuse."It was just making fun of." You r just trying to raise tensions. You bring up "alarmists" The only alarmist I see is the one I'm writing to, who tries to incite fear by insinuating that a "difference in opinion" is a reason to label Republican's racist.

I noticed u didn't write to me. Is that because I know what I'm talking about, and u r afraid of looking stupid? Well, I guess you made yourself look stupid after you made your first post.

  • @Gaeilge2000

I did, in fact write too you. (1 day ago)

And actaully said that I'd be much more interested in hearing your opinions then hearing Chris', seeing as YOU actaully understand the issue's at hand where as Chris' calls the President a "socialist" TWICE in under five minutes.

  • @17R3W Thanks for the compliment, but i was only paraphrasing what Horner was saying in a paragraph."Socialist" is not a bad word people call the president because he's black. The EU is the international government in Europe. The EU is now halting green energy because the system is way too expensive to continue. Spain has put a halt to this "socialist" energy plan . The socialists want to keep spending. Now,Obama wants to go green even after the Spanish model has failed. It makes no sense.

  • @Gaeilge2000

I'm going to look into the claims of Spains energy plan, before I say anything because I don't like to speak out of ignorance.

I will say that just because another country can't do something doesn't automatically mean America can't!

Also, in terms of paraphrasing, I listened to this video twice and didn't get as much out of it as I did but reading what you wrote. I think you're giving Chris far to much credit.

  • @17R3W ok, I think Horner is spot on with his assessment. Obama is a global kind of guy. He sees the big picture, but when his picture takes a turn for the worst, he decides to ram it through anyway. Pretty childish. Fortunately, we have a system of checks and balances in this country. The people are wise to his agenda and super majority will break down in the next election.
